Delhi-Corbett-Agra-Ranthambore-Jaipur-Delhi
Day 1: Delhi
Arrive Delhi. Transfer to the hotel.
Day2: Delhi
Full day sightseeing tour of Old & New Delhi visiting Raj Ghat, Red Fort, Qutab Minar, India Gate, Drive Past President’s House, Parliament House and Birla Mandir
Day 3 Delhi-Corbett
Drive from Delhi-Corbett National Park (275-kms / 6 hr.) early in the morning. Arrival at the camp site by noon. After having lunch, drive onward for Dhangarhi gate for entry to Dhikala Tourism zone. Take a visit to the Interpretation Centre. Enjoy a Jeep safari through the dense jungles of Jim Corbet Park. The Safari trip also take you to the lower jungle track along the Ramganga river, accompanied by an expert guide. Cross the river at Gethia Rao bridge for the Kanda Range, where Jim Corbett shot the famous Kanda man-eater. Check in the hotel. Relax a while or indulge in some wildlife photography. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Corbett National Park
Take an early morning Elephant safari through the open Chaurs (grasslands) and dense forests by an unconventional route. Elephant safari is the best option for wildlife viewing in the Corbett National Park. Return back to the complex for breakfast and then again drive by jeep to the scenic lake area to catch the sight of Marsh crocodile basking in the sun. Visit the Jhirnajhali area for viewing the famous Gharial - the fish eating crocodile. Return for lunch and some rest or opt for spending the afternoon on a watchtower overlooking a water hole. Jeep safari on a track along the periphery of the core area. Take this exciting drive through the
unforgettable and breathtaking Khinanauli range to catch some of best wildlife sights and Tigers in Jim Corbett Park
Day 5: Corbett-Agra
After breakfast drive to Agra. Check in the hotel and in the evening visit Agra fort. Back to hotel.
Day 6:Agra-Ranthambore
In the early morning visit Taj Mahal. Drive to Ranthambore . Visit Fatehpur Sikri on the way. Proceed to Ranthambore .
Day 7: Ranthambore
Ranthambore National Park is in Sawai Madhopur District of Rajasthan state. Located at the junction of the Aravalli and Vindhya hill range, this is one of the finest places to view animals, especially as they are used to being stared at here. The park covers an area of Approximately 400 sq Km and if combined it with the area of Sawai Man Singh sanctuary area, it is around 500 Sq km. Ranthambore national park was declared a wildlife sanctuary in 1957 and in 1974 it gained the protection of "Project Tiger". It got it's status of a National Park in 1981.Tigers at Ranthambore National park have been known to even hunt in full view of human visitors. These tigers are famous for being seen in the daytime too, due to their lack of fear of human presence in vehicles. This lack of fear of humans is excellent for tourists, as they get to see the tigers often.
You will be taking Elephant and Jeep safaris over your stay at the park.
Day 7: Ranthambore-Jaipur
After breakfast leave to Jaipur. Check in at hotel in Jaipur, tour of the city’s vibrant market in the afternoon.
Day 8: Jaipur
In the morning, visit Amer fort and enjoy an elephant ride to the top of the fort. Visit carpet factory near the fort. Lunch break; tour of the city palace and craftsmen in the city. Enjoy the evening in the vibrant market of Jaipur. Proceed to Delhi-dinner. Catch the return flight.
